Hi! I’m Jackie Wedster-Kooistra and I am a certified personal trainer and former full scholarship D1 NCAA Collegiate hockey player from the University of New Hampshire where I majored in Kinesiology. Before UNH I attended Culver Academy Boarding School in Culver Indiana.
I currently conduct one on one personal training here at the lovely Chicago Fix. I have many clients that specialize in individual speed, agility, muscle gain, weight loss, baby weight loss, bridal boot camps and just improving yourself to the best YOU that you can be. I am the team trainer for the Chicago Blaze which is the Chicago Fire Department Football team as well as an on ice hockey coach for the St. Jude Knights. At St. Jude I conduct Power Skate and clinics specializing in over speed training, agility, and skills. I am also currently the head coach of the Mite team and all girls team U12 team. Aside from that I also work with high school kids as I am the head Power Skating coach/coordinator for Mt. Carmel High School. I am 27 years old and born and raised in Chicago (Mt. Greenwood). I am married to my wonderful husband, Chris, who is 30, and we have a beautiful daughter Emma who is now 14 months old!
